1. Registration
and Membership |

- Click on "Registration" from Home page
or "Join us" link from any other pages
that visitors have access to without registration
- Select membership type which you prefer. There are few
options: free membership and paid membership with extended
benefits. If you choose one from paid membership types your
first month of subscription will be free!
- Click on "Next" button
- Fill up the form and submit
Notice!
Make sure to choose a nice login name as it will be used
for your Web Store name. For example: http://your_login.rusbiz.com
- You will receive an email with registration information
once you submit the form.
2. How
to add and edit your Company Information |

- Go to "My Business" page
- Click on "Company" from UPDATE
column at your left
- You will be prompted to "Update Company Information"
page
- Edit necessary fields
- Click on "Update" button
3. How
to add and edit your Personal Information including password
|

- Go to "My Business"
- Click on "Personal" from UPDATE
column at your left
- Click on "Edit" button
- You will be directed to the page where basic information
of Main User is displayed. Picture and biography will be
available to public for viewing if you create a Web Store.
Only paid membership allows creating a Web Store.
- Edit necessary fields
- Click on "Update" button
Unfortunately, you can’t change login name yourself.
However, if you must change your login, please send an email
with your new and old login names to: [email protected].
Our IT Staff will change it for you within a business day.
4. How
to add or Edit Bank Information
(Only paid members of rusbiz.com have an access to this section)

- Click on "Bank" link from UPDATE
column at your left
- You will be directed to the page where Bank Information
is displayed
To Add Information
- Click on the "Add bank Information" button
at your right
- Fill up the form and click on "Add" button
To Edit Information
- Click on the link of Bank Information you would like to
Edit
- Click on "Edit" button
- Make necessary changes and click on "Update"
button
5. How to
add and edit Addresses |

- Go to "My Business"
- Click on "Addresses" from UPDATE column
at your left
- You will be prompted to "Manage Addresses"
page
To add new address:
- Click on "Add Address" button at your
right
- Fill up the fields
- Click on "Add" button
- You can mark one address as "Main"."Main"
address will be used in all your documentation. You can
change you Main Address when you want.
To edit address:
- Click on "Update" button of the corresponding
address
- This will take you to a new page
- Edit necessary fields
- Click on "Update" button
6. Change
Membership Type |

- Go to "My Business" page
- Click on "Membership Type" from UPDATE
column at your left
- You will be prompted to "Change Membership Type"
page
- Select Membership Type and mark the Radio Button
- Click on "Next" button
- It will take you to "Invoice" page
- Make sure that all information on "Invoice"
page is correct
- Choose a Credit Card type which you prefer and proceed
to pay
- Once we received your payment, your service will be turned
on
7. How to
manage Contacts
(Only paid members of rusbiz.com have an access to this section) |

- Go to "My Business"
- Click on "Contacts" in MANAGE column
at your left
- You will be prompted to "Manage My Contacts"
page
To add a new contact:
- Click on the "Add Contact" button at
your right
- Fill up the fields
- Click on "Add" button
To edit a contact:
- Click on the Contact link you would like to edit
- This will take you to a new page
- Edit necessary fields
- Click on "Update" button
8. How to manage Your Ordered Services |

- Go to "My Business" page
- Click on "My Ordered Services"
from MANAGE column at your left
- You will be prompted to "My Ordered Services"
page
To extend Service:
- Click on "Extend" button next to Service
you would like to Extend
- Mark and click on "Selected" button
- A new page will appear
- Choose a Credit Card type which you prefer and proceed to
pay
- Enter credit card details and press "Submit"
button
- Make sure that you pressed "Submit" button
only once
Wait till your charge gets processed. It may take one or two
minutes
- As soon as we receive funds from you, the service will be
turned on
To delete Service:
You can delete Service from "My Ordered Services"
page by clicking "Delete" button located
next to service name which you would like to delete.
9. How to reply to the Messages |

- Go to "MyBusiness"
- Click on " MessageCenter"
icon (No.1)
- There are two sections in Message Center - Received and
Sent
- Click on "View" button of the message
- At the bottom of the message you will find "Reply"
button
- Click on it to reply
- Write your message text and click on "Send"
button
- Click on "Refresh" button at the top right
corner of the Message Center
- The message you just sent will appear in your Sent Messages
section
10. How to initiate a Message

- Seek out the member company that you would like to send
a message (from pages: Companies, Trade Leads, Marketplace)
- Go to the company's Storefront or Web Store by clicking
on the link of company name
- Find "Send Message" button and
click on it
- Write your message text and click on "Send"
button
You can check sent messages in the Sent section of your
Message Center
11. How to send Questions and Suggestions
to Rusbiz Team |

- Click on the link to "Contact Us"
page which you will find in the footer of each page.
- Use the form of internal mail on this page to send us
a message or simply write to [email protected]
12. How to send response
to Trade Lead |

- Log in
- Go to "Trade Leads" page
From "Trade Leads" main page:
- Click on "Details" of the trade lead
that you liked
- Click on "Send Message" button
located next to contact name
- Write response and click on "Send"
button
From "Trade Leads by the catalog of Harmonized
codes" page.
- From "Trade Leads" mail page
click on the link "Trade Leads by the catalog
of Harmonized codes" at your left
- Use Search of Trade leads or click on a category name
to view sub-categories
- The page of sub-categories will appear. Click on the
sub-category name that you liked to view current trade
leads falling into this sub-category.
- Click on details of the trade lead that you liked
- Click on "Send Message" button
which is located next to contact name
- Write response and click on "Send"
button
13. How
to negotiate a Quote |

For Buyers:
- Go to "My Business" page
- Click on "Deal Management" icon (No.7)
- Click on the link "Quotations" from
the form with header
"As buyer"
If you would like to continue negotiating and make counter
offer:
- Select the Quotation that you would like to negotiate
and click on "View" button
- Press on "Make Counter Offer"
button
- Make necessary changes and click "Send"
If the offer is not acceptable to you and you are no
longer interested to continue negotiation:
- Click on "Decline" button to reject
this quotation, and a message page will appear
- Write the reason for rejection if you want
- Press on "Send" button
If all the terms suit you:

- Press on the button "Make Purchase Order"
to accept the changes
- Follow through "Purchase Order Generation"

For Suppliers:
- Go to "My Business" page
- Click on "Deal Management" icon (No.7)
- Click on the link "RFQ"
If you would like to make further adjustment to the
quotation and send back to the buyer:
- Click on "Make Counter Offer"
button
- Make adjustments
- Click on "Send"
If the changes are not acceptable to you and you are
no longer interested to continue negotiation:
- Click on "Decline" to reject this quotation,
and a message page will appear
- Write the reason for rejection if you want
- Press on "Send" button.
14. What are the definitions
of different Shipping Terms? |

The following are summaries of selected shipping terms.
For complete descriptions and other standard shipping arrangements,
please refer to Incoterms published by the International
Chamber of Commerce.
Free on Board (FOB) - The Seller owns the goods until
they are loaded on the truck (or other vessel) at the Seller's
location. Therefore, the selling price includes cost of
the goods plus the cost of loading onto the truck or other
vessel.
Ex Works (EXW) - The Seller owns the goods until
they are picked up at the Seller's premises. The selling
price is the cost of the goods. Ex Works is the least obligation
to a Seller.
Cost and Freight (CFR) - The Seller owns the goods
until they are loaded on the truck (or other vessel). The
selling price includes the cost of the goods and freight
charges. The Buyer arranges and pays for insurance.
Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) - The Seller owns
the goods until they are loaded on the truck (or other vessel).
The selling price includes the cost of the goods, insurance
and freight charges.
Free Alongside Ship (FAS) - The Seller owns the goods
until they are alongside (placed on the dock or barge within
reach of the transport ship's tackle) the transporting vessel.

1. How to add a product to
E-catalog |

There are two ways how you can
add Your Product to E-catalog:
a. from My Business page:

- Go to "My Business"
- Click on "Add product" link
which is located next to No. 2 icon
- You will be prompted to "Add Product"
page
- Select category to which the product you are adding
belongs. You have to continue choosing subcategories until
you end up on 5th level, where the product should be located.
- Click on "Select" button which
is located next to the subcategory you need
In order to select right category you can use Search System
from this page. Just write Keyword or UNSPSC Code
of your product. If you have any difficulties, please write
a question to Rusbiz Customer Care Department using e-mail:

We will answer you within one business day.
- Enter information about the product you are adding

Simple Offer, have time limit. You must indicate when
the offer ends, if you would like to make a hot offer)
- Fill up the form and click on "Make Offer"

WARRING! You’re allowed
to post only one offer for a single product on the marketplace.
Failure to do so will force us to remove all your offers
from marketplace.
b. From "My Business"
page:
- Go to "My Business"
- Click on "My Products" icon No.

- From the list of the products, choose the product that
you would like to post for sale on E-marketplace.
- Find and click on "Make Offer"
button, which located next to product name.
- If you would like to make your Offer Hot –
simply click on "Hot" button at your left

You must indicate when the offer ends, if you would like
to make a hot offer)
- Fill up form and click on "Make Offer"

4. How to edit an Offer

Your free Storefront gets created automatically from the
following features that you submit to Rusbiz:
- Your profile
- Your contact information
- Products that you added to E-catalog
- Offers that you added to E-Marketplace
- Trade Leads that you added to Trade Leads Board
Other Rusbiz members can send messages, inquiries etc.
directly to you from your Storefront.
To have better exposure to prospective customers it is
recommended to have a personalized Web Store.
Depending on your membership type you can have different
type of Web Stores.
Creating your Web Store is easy and takes only few minutes.
In return you will have a professionally built website with
all e-commerce features. To create a Web Store please upgrade
your free membership to a paid one.

1. How to search for a product

a. From Home Page:
- Specify Product Search by Product or Company
- Write the product name in search box
- Press "Go"
b. From Advanced Search:
Rusbiz Advanced Search allows you to generate more precise
results by creating specific queries. You can combine any
or all of the advanced features to seek out the result you
want.
- Write the product name in "Keyword(s)left_quot
field. You can search by a keyword or phrases. You can
broaden your search results by writing only a part of the
keyword or words
- Specify product search by Product name or Company name
- Choose Product Location in one specific country or all
countries
- Choose where to run the search from "Search
In"
- You can choose from Catalog, Marketplace and/or all of
them
- Search Condition - choose from the following:
Exact Match: Results must contain these exact words in the
order you typed them
All of these Words: Results must contain all of the words
you list here. This works best if you use specific word
and avoid very common words such as "at"
, "for" and "to"
Any of These Words: Results must contain at least one of
the words you type here. For this feature to work, you must
enter at least two words
- Press "Go"
c. From "E-catalog"
- Go to "E-catalog" page
- Write down keyword or UNSPC code of a category where the
product is located and press "Go" or
- Seek out the category
- Click on the link of last level category
- The list of the products will appear
2. How to search out a company

From "Companies" page:
- Click on "Companies" folder
- You can view list of companies by selecting only buyers
or suppliers, or complete list of the members
- Write the company name in "Keyword(s)left_quot
field. You can broaden your search results by writing
only a part of the keyword or words
- Choose Company Location in one specific country or all
countries
- Choose Company’s role, type and business field
if necessary
Exact Match: Results must contain these exact words in
the order you typed them
All of these Words: Results must contain all of the words
you list here. This works best if you use specific word
and avoid very common words such as "at"
, "for" and "to"
Any of These Words: Results must contain at least one of
the words you type here. For this feature to work, you must

- Once you found the company that you were looking for,
click on the company name to view its storefront.
3. How to buy products from
E-marketplace |

a. From e-Marketplace you can filter offers by:
Category: by one of E-catalog main category.
Posting Date: by various times limits.
OfferType: by type of the offers. (There are
two types of offers - Hot and Simple. Hot offers are special
offers with time constrain).
Product Location: by the place, where the product
is physically located.
- Once you found the product you were looking for select
and click on "Add to cart" button
- Proceed with creating Purchase Order
b. You can also find offers of the product via Advanced
Search or E-catalog:
- Go to Advanced Search from e-Marketplace
- Write the Keyword(s)
- Choose Country
- Choose Search by what
- Choose Search in Marketplace
OR
- Go to E-catalog
- Browse or search through E-catalog
Once the desired product is found, see if "Offers
in Marketplace" show a number greater than ‘0’
and click on the number.
You can also go to the Company Storefront and check if ‘Offers
in Marketplace’ shows a number greater than "0"
Click on the number
Once you found the list of offers:
- Check the details of the offers you are interested in
- If you like the offer with all its terms and conditions,
select it
- Select as many product offers as you like
- Click on "Add to Cart" button
to proceed with creating Purchase Orders
4. How to use Shopping Cart

You’re allowed to see your Shopping Cart link only
when you’re authorized.
To check the contents of your shopping cart, click on "View
Cart" button located at the very top right corner
of any page.
The number in brackets reflects the quantity of selected
product offers in the Cart.
Once you are on Shopping Cart page, you can edit quantity
of items, make PO and eliminate offers that you selected
from e-Marketplace.
Product Name: Shows the name of the product that
you have chosen from E-Marketplace. Click on the link of
the product to view detail product description.
Supplier: Click on the link of supplier’s name
to view supplier's profile.
Quantity: Shows the quantity of lots of this product
offered by the supplier. You can change the quantity according
to your need.
Delete Selected Item(s): Select the products that
you no longer want to purchase and click on this button
to eliminate from the list.
Recalculate: If you changed the quantity of any item,
by clicking on this button you can view updated subtotal.
Make Purchase Order: Proceed to check out and create
purchase orders for either selected items or all listed
items.
5. How to make a PO
from Shopping Cart |

- Click on "View Cart" button
which located at the very top right corner of any page
- The page "Shopping Card" will appear
- Verify the quantity of product for each item you select
to make Purchase Order
- Click on "View" button and check details
of the offer to make sure that all the terms and conditions
of this offer suit you
- Click on "Recalculate" to see new subtotal
if you made any changes to quantity of any of the offers.
- Click on "All" or "Selected"
button from "Make Purchase Order"
box accordingly to proceed with PO Generation.
- Each offer will create a separate PO even if the Supplier
is the same, because offers might have different payment
and shipping terms
6. How to generate and send
a Purchase Order |

- Click on "All" or "Selected"
button from "Make Purchase Order"
box either from Shopping Cart or Received Quotation
- You will be taken to step 2 of "Purchase
Order" section
- Verify, edit or enter required shipping address and
press "Step 3 – Billing Address"
button at the bottom of the page
- Verify, edit or enter required billing address and press
"Step 4 – Preview and Confirmation"
button at the bottom of the page
- You will be taken to the page to view, verify and correct
information
- When PO is fully completed, click on "
Send Purchase Order" button
The page "Deal Management" will appear.
Details of the PO that was just sent will reflect in the
box with header "As buyer".
7. How to make a RFQ |

You can create a Request for Quote or Information on a
Product from two places:
Product List of E-catalog or from Storefront of a company.
From E-Catalog:
- Find the product that you are looking for by using "Search"
system or by browsing through E-catalog
- Choose the product you like
- Click on "Make RFQ" button
- Fill up the form and send
The "As buyer" section of your
"Deal Management" will reflect that
this RFQ was sent
From Storefront:
- Go to Storefront of the company
- Click on "Make RFQ" button which
located next to product you would like to request
- Fill up the form and send
"As buyer"
section of your "Deal Management"
will reflect that this RFQ was sent
8. How to make a PO from Quotations

There are two ways of posting a "buy" Trade Lead:
a) If the product you are searching for is in E-catalog
- Log in at Rusbiz.com
- Go to E-catalog to sub-categories - at the top of page
click on "Post Trade Leads" button
- Select category and subcategory
- Fill up and submit
b) If the product you are searching for is not available
in E-catalog
- Log in at Rusbiz.com
- Click on "My Trade Leads".

- Choose Type of the trade lead: Buy or Info
- Choose a category and subcategory
- Fill in rest of the fields

Your Web Store
With Rusbiz you can take advantage of building your Web
Store from easy-to-use templates within a very short

page of Your Web Store or How to add and edit information

- Click on "Manage Web Store" . Icon

To add a new product:

- Select category in which the product you are adding
belongs. You have to continue choosing subcategories until

- If you wish to add another product click on "Add

b) How to create your own category for your Products
on your Web Store
You may have 5 own categories for your products or services
that would be displayed at your Web Store.
To add a new category:
- Go to Manage Web Store area – icon No. 3 (from
"My Business" page)
- Click on "Edit" button which located
next to "Product" button
- Click on "Create Categories" button
- Write down the name of the Category and click "Add"
To edit a category:
- From "Create Custom Categories" page,
find the category name which you would like to edit
- Click on "Edit" button located next
to category name you would like to update
- Make necessary changes in the field "Edit Category
Name" and click "Update"
To delete a category:
- From "Create Custom Categories" page
find out the category which you would like to delete and
click on "Delete" button located next
to chosen category
c) How to enter Product Properties
From "Product Properties" page you can
manage your product’s information including: currency,
price, product type, display this product on your Web Store
or not etc.
- Go to "My Business" page
- Click on "Manage Web Store" icon No.

- Click on "Products" button at your
left
- The page "Edit Product Page" will appear

To change Unit Price: write down the new price for
product in the field "Unit Price".
To move a product to one of your custom categories
simply mark the radio button next to category where you
would like to see your product.
To show product on your Web Store HOME page mark
"Select Product Type" as "Basic"
To display or not to display a product at E-catalog
on you Web Store simply mark "Yes"
or "No" in the field "Display this
product on your Web Store".
After making changes on this page click on "Save"
button.
To change a currency: click on "Click here"
link located at your right (in the box "Change Currency").
The page "Select Currency" will appear.
Select Currency and click on "Save" button.
